Scott # 213 issued September 10th, 1887. This is a mint never hinged 2 cent George Washington green, bright green or dark green stamp. Printed at the American Bank Note Co. on soft porous paper. The centering a little off but the image is crisp and clean. This is a very good looking stamp.
