Scott # 219D issued in 1890. This 2 cent lake colored George Washington stamp has a 2020 PSE certificate. "it is genuine unused, o.g., previously hinged, with minor perf faults." There are short perforations and an unpunched perforation - it's a little rough on the edges but otherwise this is a beautiful stamp!
