Scott #230 issued in 1893. This is a Mint NH stamp with a 2024 PSAG graded certificate. Grade: 90 og NH - "it is genuine unused, og never hinged". This is a beautiful 'post office fresh' and very well centered stamp with what appears to possibly be a very small tear or fold on one of the perfs. This is on the left side of the stamp towards the bottom and a couple of closeup images showing the perf have been added to this post.
