Scott #235 issued in 1893. 'IT IS GENUINE, NEVER HINGED' with 2001 The Philatelic Foundation certificate, UNUSED OG. The centering is very nice, the gum is pristine and the image is very crisp and clean. this is a very good looking 'post office fresh' stamp.
