Scott # E12 issued in 1922. This is a Mint PH Special Delivery stamp with a 2006 PSE graded certificate. Grade: XF 90, Mint OGph - "it is genuine unused, o.g., previously hinged."
This stamp appears to have never been hinged and has just the very slightest gum disturbance.
