Scott # RW7 issued in 1940. This is a mint stamp with very slight 'Disturbed Original Gum' (DOG) $1 'sepia' color Black Mallards Migratory Bird Hunting stamp. This is a beautiful stamp that has never been hinged but it does have a very small disturbance in the gum behind the upper right corner of the stamp - it is very small.
