Scott #251 issued October 17th, 1894. This is a mint previously hinged 2 Cent carmine stamp from the Bureau Series depicting George Washington. The centering is a little high, there is slight toning on a couple of the perforations, on the back there is still hinge remnants and the remaining original gum is not complete. Even with all that the condition is very decent and overall this is a very nice stamp!
