Scott # 286 issued June 17th, 1898. This issue is a mint never hinged 2 cent Trans-Mississippi copper red, brown red or light brown red stamp. It has a double lined USPS watermark and engraved printing. The gum is perfect, the centering a little off but the image is crisp and clean. This is a very good looking stamp.
