Scott #482 issued in 1916. This is a Mint NH stamp with a 2023 PSE graded certificate. Grade: XF 90, Mint OGnh - "it is genuine unused, o.g., never hinged, with a tiny natural paper inclusion." The 'tiny natural paper inclusion' is tiny but it is obvious in both the front and back images of this stamp.
If not for the flaw mentioned here and on the cert I believe this stamp would have graded 100J.
