Scott #598 issued in 1925. This is a Used stamp with a 2016 PSE graded certificate. Grade: VF-XF 85, Used - "it is genuine used."
This is a very nice stamp with a wavy line cancel.
The SMQ for a 90 grade is $15.00 however this stamp is not graded 90, and there is no SMQ value for this stamp with a grade of 85.
This is a fairly common stamp with no significant catalog value but it should be noted that this stamp is selling for a fraction of the cost of the certificate!
