Scott #601 LP, Coil Line Pair issued in 1923. This is a rotary press coil line pair of mint never hinged yellowish brown, reddish brown or brown 4 cent Martha Washington stamps. This pair has poor centering shifted very far to the right and has a small tear in the perf on the upper right which is evident in the images but otherwise is so clean it appears to be fresh from the post office!
