Scott # 68 issued August 20th, 1861. This is a mint previously hinged 10 cent green or yellow green George Washington stamp printed by the National Bank Note Company. This stamp has the original gum with a fairly heavy hinge mark at the top on the back. This stamp's centering is low and a little to the right with some shorter perfs but it has the cleanest image with beautiful color on a very nice white paper background. This is a very good looking stamp!
