Scott # 68 issued in 1861. This is a used 10 cent yellow green George Washington stamp with a fairly heavy Fancy Target cancel. This stamp is not in the best condition and is priced accordingly. It has poor centering, the lower right corner is clearly damaged and the upper left corner has a crease.
