Scott # 69 issued in 1861. This is a very nicely centered stamp with a black fancy circle of wedges cancel, a very slight blue cancellation and a 'tiny tear' on the upper left perf. It is a used stamp with a 2009 PF certificate and a 2024 PSE graded certificate. Grade: VG-F 60, Used - "it is genuine used, with black and blue cancels and a tiny tear at the upper left." The tear is very slight and was unnoticed until the cert came back with the mention. The tear is not visible from the front of the stamp. Extra images have been added to show the tear.
