Scott # 723 LP Joint Line Pair issued 1932. This is a Mint NH coil line pair of stamps with a 2018 PSE graded certificate. Grade: VF 80, Mint OGnh - "It is a genuine unused, o.g., never hinged, coil joint line pair."
This pair has some fairly heavy discoloration from sulfurization on both stamps and this can be seen clearly in the image. This is very common with these older stamps with orange or yellow color due to the lead in the ink.
