Scott # 833 issued in 1938. This is a Mint NH plate number single stamp with a 2007 PSE graded certificate. Grade: XF 90, Mint OGnh - "it is genuine unused, o.g., never hinged, top Plate No. 23478 single."
This is an unhinged stamp however there is a hinge mark on the selvage as well as a pinhole, possibly a staple hole. This can be seen in the image of the back of the stamp.
