Scott #962 issued in 1948. This is a Mint NH stamp with a 2021 PSE graded certificate. Grade: VF-XF 85, Mint OGnh - "it is genuine unused, o.g., never hinged, with a perf disc indent in the bottom left corner." The 'perf disc indent' is barely visible from the front of the stamp 'bottom left' but it can be seen on the back (bottom right) and extra images are provided to show it.
The centering is close to perfect that despite the 'perf disc indent' this is a really nice stamp!
Currently as of 10/1/2024 SMQ does not have a value for this stamp in this grade!
