Scott # E6 issued in 1902. This 10 cent Ultramarine colored Special Delivery stamp has a 2024 PSE certificate. "it is genuine unused, o.g., previously hinged, with small hinge thins." The 'hinge thins' of course are not visible form the front, they are small but can be seen in the hinge marks in the image of the back of the stamp. The front of this stamp is flawless with post office fresh coloring, excellent centering and is a beautiful stamp!
