Scott # RD18 issued between 1918 and 1922. This is an 'olive blister' 20 dollar U.S. Internal revenue Documentary, overprinted in black 'Stock Transfer' stamp. This stamp has what appears to be very faint gum blemishes, perhaps a hinge mark(?) - it is a very good looking stamp.
